I love real estate!
I grew up locally in a real estate family. My mother was in real estate since 1973 and owned/ran The Realty Station in Templeton. My father was an engineer/builder type so, from a young age I learned the “ins and outs” of buying selling, rehabbing homes and investing in real estate.
I attended Berklee college of Music for songwriting and voice and realized I may need a back up plan for my financial stability. Thus, I bought my first home in 2000 and have been buying, selling, rehabbing and slowly flipping (or slow flipping) ever since. Turning a fixer into a gem satisfies my creative soul! In 2004 I founded The Eleanor Group, a fundraising/marketing company that paired schools & non profits up with their local wellness businesses. At the height of our business we had over 100 business clients and 1000 nonprofits we worked with. During our 7 years in business, we successfully helped our clients raise over $500k for charitable causes while increasing their business! Working closely with schools & small business further enforced my belief that adhering to ethical business practices while putting your clients & customers first is the only way to do business! It was here, I learned the art of how to get the end product sold without being overly pushy or “salesy”.
In 2010, I took a break from the business & music world to start a family and am forever grateful and softened by that experience. We love to travel to exotic places, cook “foodie” dinners and spend time in nature. My husband, son and sweet dog are the center of my world.
Currently I own investment property, am an Airbnb Superhost and a musician on the side! I believe my well rounded experience in marketing and real estate makes me a better, more relatable, agent and offers my clients a unique perspective beyond just “selling real estate”.
